Cape Coral Radio is free community service. We play a variety of music genres, showcase podcasts of area events, provide DJ volunteer opportunities, promote educational content, drama and art, all for Cape Coral area families, students and teachers.
Cape Coral Radio provides a way to keep in touch the Cape Coral community, events, history, entertainment, and locally produced Podcasts when you are out of the area or just want to tune in via the internet.
This is a free community resource that steams a variety of music genre, podcasts, community events, and drama,. We welcome teachers and students of all ages to use this venue and educational resource for new learning experiences. Cape Coral Radio will seek ongoing contributions of community produced podcasts on events, history, education, athletic, theatrical and music productions to share for local and out of town residents, parents and alumni.
For those wishing to volunteer, whether it’s preparing the theme, directing, acting, serving as a DJ or providing general support, students are able to learn and grow within a community medium for all to share at no cost. Lastly we consider teachers an important part of this iniaitive, assigning subject matter to be covered in audio or a visual podcast for alumni, parents and other students wherever they are, provide a new opportunity for the learning experience. This provides a new medium that can be repeated and enhanced annually, with updated or revisited themes, outlined in your class syllabus or particular assignment.\\
